If you are to guess the highest paid actor of 2005 then these names will probably come to mind: Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt & Will Smith. Not! The top earner for 2005 is no other than…drum roll…Will Ferrell. Will WHO you ask? Will Ferrell is the leading man of Nicole Kidman in the movie Bewitched, which by the way, isn’t included in the Top grossers for last year.
Will Ferrell may not be popular here in the Philippines but he is a distinguished comedian in the US. The Razzie nominee is also a scriptwriter. Despite the bad reviews he got, he still made a whopping $40 million last year.

Kris and James’ Secret Wedding

It’s confirmed! Kris and James has already tied the knot secretly last July 10, 2005 at Boy Abunda’s house in Quezon City. It was a civil wedding presided by Rayda Perez Tumaliuan and witnessed by Boy Abunda and James’ manager Dondon Monteverde. They are planning to have their church wedding later this year.

She’s born for that role of a gay man that turns into a sexy superwoman upon swallowing the enchanted stone just like the classic “Darna”, only satirical this time.

26-year old Jaime Augusto Mayol representing the USA-East won the 11th annual Manhunt International contest held in the Chinese city of Jin Jiang on April 19th. Jaime is 1.88 m tall and works in the field of sales and marketing.

Here is our choice for Manhunt International 2006:
Costa Rica has the “it factor” more than half of the contestants doesn’t have. He is very photogenic, gorgeous in any angle. 2nd on our list is Greece who looks like a conventianal male supermodel. Turkey is a Tom Cruise look-alike that’s why he’s 3rd on our list. Last year’s winner is from Turkey so the judges might consider picking from other countries for a change.
Asia can deliver 3 finalists this year and they are India, Philippines and China South. Strong alternates to this list are Indonesia, Peru, USA West, Puerto Rico and Venezuela.
