Re Picture of Prince William, if you look at their Crotches (Prince William and Prince Harry) you will notice that Prince William appears well endowed although Prince Harry seems ’smaller’
I suspect that neither are Circumcised, though it is said that William may have asked to ‘be done’ when he was 15 Years Old, personally I doubt if he would have gone through the Pain of that, unless it was medically essential.
