33 countries competed in the 2006 Hip Hop International Finals last July 30 at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center and the Philippine team–Philippine All Stars–captured the title! Placing second is New Zealand and in third place is Trinidad and Tobago.

After watching the video, i’ve just realized that the Philippines is a powerhouse in the world of performing arts! We’re not just good in singing but in dancing as well. Got the chills while watching Philippine All Stars dancing their hip hop routine in a cut of Black Eyed Pea’s “Bebot” and the crowd just singing the chorus “Filipino! Filipino! Filipino!”
