Gian Carlo Magdangal: Expected to “Rock the Votes” this Saturday in Philippine Idol

Gian Carlo Magdangal is the last man standing among the so-called “professionals” or those idol hopefuls who already have a major recording experience (the better known pros didn’t make it to the top 40). He is now one of the top 12 guys who will perform this Saturday and expected to get the most number of votes because experience and exposure is on his side.

Gian used to do theater and is a former boyband member. He decided to quit because music is not “bringing food on the table” at that time so to speak. So he hit the workplace and tries his luck on the corporate ladder. But he misses his first love—music. So when he found out about Philippine Idol, his feet directed him to the auditions and fate brought him to be one of the finalists of the first ever Philippine Idol.
