Lia Andrea Ramos was our representative in this year’s Miss Universe pageant last July. Although she didn’t make it in the top 20, she won as Miss Photogenic in the internet poll. Until now i’m still wondering why she was missed out in Miss Universe. She’s the best delegate that we’ve sent since Miriam Quiambao in 1999. Anyway, Lia is our no. 83 Most Beautiful Filipina of 2006. Read more about her here.

oh well… when I saw Lian Andrea Ramos in person, during her trip from Manila to Las Vegas/Los Angeles…
oh she’s stunning beautiful. She was not wearing any make up when I saw her. And, her attitude..unbelievably down to earth. I rated her higher than #83. She deserves at least top 10
