This guy is now very popular in Youtube through his videos singing acoustic renditions of various love songs. Apparently, his name is David Choi and he’s from the O.C. California. Check out his videos and you will start wondering why this guy didn’t auditioned in American Idol? Pero malay naman natin di ba?

David Choi is an old songwriter/producer/singer/remixer from the Los Angeles area. He hails from a musical family and has spent his formative years honing his craft.
In 2004, he was the GRAND PRIZE WINNER for USA Weekend Magazine’s JOHN LENNON SONGWRITING CONTEST FOR TEENS. He appeared in USA Weekend Magazine with Usher.
Following that, he became the GRAND PRIZE WINNER for DAVID BOWIE’S MASH UP CONTEST which was a mashup of both “Shake it” and “She’ll Drive a Big Car”, which he titled “Big Shaken Car”. David won a little money.
After getting accepted into ASCAP’s Lester Sill Workshop run by Brendan Okrent, Judy Stakee and Keith Emrick, it has led him to sign with Judy Stakee at Warner Chappell Publishing as a staff songwriter/producer as of April, 2006.
David is currently working with various artists and writers.
