Ok ka Lungs is the first of 3 “Lig-Task” games kung saan ang last man standing ay magkakamit ng automatic immunity o pribilehiyong hindi ma-nominate tomorrow. This is girls vs boys. Ang dalawang housemate na nasa balde na puno ng tubig ang magsisilbing human timer. Habang nakalublob sa tubig, sasagutin naman ng mga ka-teammates niya ang quiz from big brother. Mas matagal na nakalublob sa tubig, mas maraming questions ang pwedeng masagot.

The boys got 6 correct answers while the girls got 3. Panalo ang boys sa round one ng elimination games.
