37th Box Office Entertainment Awards

For the first time in 37 years, two box office queens are crowned in the recently concluded 37th Box Office Entertainment Awards and they are Kris Aquino and Claudine Barretto for the Philippine’s top grossing film of all time “Sukob”. Totoo nga ang kasabihan na swerte ang buntis!
Here is the complete list of this year’s winners, a balance mixture of Kapuso and Kapamilya talents:

Last Tuesday on Philippines Next Top Model — Olen Juarez Lim, AICI (Association of Image Consultant International), visited the girls to teach them the secrets on how to use their best physical features in projecting front the camera. After her lecture she gave the girls a challenge, a mini photo-shoot called “Hiding and Showing your Flaws.”
After the mini photo-shoot challenge, the photos were shown to Ruffa for her to pick the winnder. Bambi was chosen and it was her second time to win a challenge. As a reward, she was treated to a day of relaxation at The Spa along with her chosen friends: Joy and Grendel.

Fil-Am Asia Nitollano is the Next Pussycat Doll

Asia Nitollano, born on February 14, 1988 in New York, is an American dancer and singer who rose to fame as the winner of the television series Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll, kinda like American Idol and America’s Next Top Model. At age nineteen, she is the youngest member of The Pussycat Dolls.
Nitollano is the daughter R&B musician Joe Bataan. She is of Filipino and African American descent. She is a dancer for the New York Knicks and in 2007 became one of the nine finalists on the CW reality television series, Pussycat Dolls Present: The Search for the Next Doll. During the season finale of the show, Asia won the competition, making her the seventh Pussycat Doll.
Nitollano will make her Pussycat recording debut on the groups sophomore album, “Double Troubleâ€

Tina, all decked out in her native outfit, bid everyone a kind goodbye and thanked them for their hospitality. Mickey even had a parting gift for her, to the whoops and teasing of the other housemates! Finally before she left, she said: “I will never forget about you, I will speak about you.†She later said in an interview that she will definitely return here, before boarding her flight.
