Jordin Sparks – To Love Somebody, Woman in Love

For her first song, Jordin Sparks sang “To Love Somebody.” Randy Jackson said “That’s probably the best vocal so far.” Paul Abdul said “It’s not sort of, kind of the best vocal, it is the best vocal so far tonight.” Simon Cowell said “Best song choice, best performance so far, we’re back in the competition.”

For her second song, Jordin Sparks sang “Woman In Love.” Randy Jackson said “I don’t think it was your best performance, it was pitchy all the way through.” Paula Abdul said “It was not…you know, my dear.” Simon Cowell said “I thought it was old fashion and actually very pageanty.”

Despite the negative comment from Simon on her second performance i think the night belongs to Jordin. Her first song stood out and could be the only performance that the people will remember tonight.
