So You Think You Can Dance is Bringing “Sex” Back

May 30, 2007 by · Comments Off

Ok, i know i’m late in covering the first episode of So You Think You Can Dance season 3. It’s like yesterday that the new American Idol was crowned, and the new Miss Universe was crowned, too.

Anyway, the first episode of So You Think You Can Dance showcased the New York Auditions which was filled with laughs, amazing talents and sex!

Yes, Sex is back! David Kenneth “Sex” Soller, who auditioned last year, returned to bring back the sexy moves the judges are looking for…or NOT.

There are inspiring moments brought by tatoo girl Heather Zampier who had 2 hips surgeries and was told that she could never dance again. But her audition impressed the judges.

Another inspiring contestant who auditioned was Hanna-Lee Sakakibara who was seriously injured when she fell after a dance floor collapsed (amazing video clip was shown). She also thought she couldn’t dance again but she was wrong. She’s going to Vegas too just like tatoo girl Heather.

And the star of the night was Jamal Weaver. Just watch the video after the jump to see how he wowed the judges with his “swing” routine.

Miss Universe 2007 – Question and Answer Portion

May 29, 2007 by · 8 Comments

The final results were indeed based on the question and answer portion. Japan and Brazil both delivered the best answers. USA invoked the African outreach thingy – so cheesy. Venezuela didn’t pick from the two choices that were asked by the judge – she played it safe. Korea‘s answer is a little bit confusing. Nasa kanya na sana ang korona nawala pa.

Japan‘s answer was simple and not “cheesy” that’s why she won.
