Halloween Remake Tops Boxoffice

A remake of the horror classic by John Carpenter – “Halloween” – that popularized the terrorizing slasher “Mike Myers” took the lead at the North American box office by grossing $26.5 million last weekend. The remake was directed by former rock star Rob Zombie.
