US Ambassador Kristie Kenney had started off with a more serious discussion of national issues, complete with glowing assessments of the bright future of violence-plagued Mindanao and the present condition of U.S. marine Daniel Smith, convicted last year for rape and in detention at the U.S. embassy before dancing the “Papaya”.
