Miss Korea Wins Special Awards in Miss Earth 2007

It looks like Korea is now becoming a beauty powerhouse in Asia as its candidate in Miss Earth 2007, Jee Eun Yoo, bested 87 other candidates to win the Miss Charm and the Miss Fontana award, and currently one of the favorites to win the crown. If ever she makes it in the finals, she will duplicate Honey Lee’s feat in Miss Universe earlier this year.
Japan’s delegate is also strong that Asia’s bid to have its first Asian Miss Earth could be a reality this year.

Misses Japan and Korea will face tough competition with other favorites like Poland and Ukraine.
