Ok we’ve done this before. Just for the sake of discussion, who do you think sang it better? The first video is Bianca Ryan, 13 years old, American, winner of the very first America’s Got Talent. The second video is Charice Pempengco, 14 years old, Filipina, 3rd place in ABS-CBN’s first season of Little Big Star. Both sang Jennifer Halliday’s “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going.”
