i love iza, but i just can\’t help but notice.. parang pangit pagka edit yung trailer. maganda sana yung cinematography, pero yung pagkagawa, ang labo.. sana mabago nila yan. it\’s either the movie really sucks, or yung trailer lang. and ken zhu\’s acting is so dead he looks like he just wants to get it all over with and go back to Taiwan.

The movie is beautiful as well as the actors. Casting is great – The casting director knows her job well. Cinematography is magnificent. The trailer? Thats how trailers should be! It\’s meant to tease not give a summary of the whole thing otherwise why even bother to watch when you can see it in between commercials. This is an art house movie. I hope it could gain international exposure to promote the Philippines as a tourist destination. If this were shown worldwide di ako mahihiyang Pinoy ako.

    Ms anti kapuso
Why do we always have to be callous in our language? It\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s so unnecessary.
Kung wala naman sana tayong masasabing maganda huwag na tayong magsalita. Bibigyan ka ba ng ABS ng kahit na 00001% share kung mag mud slinging ka? Wala. They don\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’t even know we exist! So please naman. Let\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s be kind. It\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’s all a matter of preference, di pwedeng i-force sa ibang tao ang nasa isip mo dahil lahat tayo may opinion sa lahat ng bagay. I-express mo pero kung makakasakit ka mas mabuti pang huwag nang magsalita.

what i like about the movie is the love story of man and nature. man would hate nature for taking something from man, but man may use it also for his own gain. syempre panoorin nyo na lang. man would love nature\’s grandeur, respect and love it and be swept by it. but nature is nature, it will take something, but deliver another else. man can never outwit nature. That\’s how magnificent God\’s creation is.
i like the idea that the movie showed the grandeur of Batanes. If watching the calm sea, or the raging waves, or the magnificent blue sky or the setting sun (so big!), etc, in a movie would make me realize how big and great the God who made it, how much more if i am actually there? how i wish i have enough fund to see and witness it also. :)

batanes, the place is nice. the movie – not sure. plus my last trip to batanes, i heard that the producers of the movie still owe money from the caterers on sabtang island. tsk tsk.
