4 GMA Personalities Make it to Anak TV Seal Awards 2007

Although the most admired male and female tv personalities for the Anak TV Seal Awards 2007 are dominated by ABS-CBN, four GMA news anchors made it to the list and they are Mike Enriquez, Mel Tiangco, Jessica Soho and Arnold Clavio.

Anyone knows where we can see the complete list of Anak TV seal awardees? It is useless to have the seal if the parents cannot get hold of the list what you think?

ABS-CBN TV personalities and programs dominated the list of honorees for the 2007 Anak TV Seal Awards.
Piolo Pascual gets his 3rd consecutive Anak TV Seal award as one of the most admired TV personalities, while it\’s a second straight year for Sam Milby.
Judy Ann Santos is missing on the list, while Angel Locsin, who had a rocky year, is still blessed to have her first Anak TV Seal award as #5 Most Admired Female TV Personality.

The Anak TV Seal Awards is annually presented by the Southeast Asian Foundation for Children’s Television to programs and personalities who are considered child-friendly. The awarding cermenoy is to be held on December 11, 2007.

ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corp. on Friday sued AGB Nielsen Media Research Philippines for continuing to release nationwide TV ratings despite information that metered households used to gauge nationwide TV ratings might have been tampered.
“We regret to bring this matter to the public. But the Filipino public and the whole media industry deserve to know the truth. We in ABS-CBN have discovered what can only be viewed as a systematic, organized, and well funded attempt to cheat in the ratings,” ABS-CBN spokesman Bong Osorio said in a statement.
Osorio said that to measure ratings, meters are installed in selected households across the country. These households are considered as representative after passing statistical standards set by the research agency.
“The identity of these metered households is kept secure so that no outside entity can influence their behavior. This ensures that the ratings that come from these homes reflect their true behavior,” Osorio said.
The spokesman said ABS-CBN was approached by a person who confessed that he was hired to locate and bribe metered households to change the programs they are watching in Bacolod. He said ABS-CBN informed AGB Nielsen Media Research Philippines about the bribery attempts and urged the agency “to stop the release of erroneous data, check their panel nationwide and resume release only when they can guarantee the integrity of the data.”
He said ABS-CBN has filed a civil case against AGB-Nielsen Media Research Philippines for damages and injunction, with an application for a temporary restraining order, after the agency continued to release its data.
“We know we may be questioned by some and accused of lying by others. In the end, our decision was to do the right thing. Just tell the truth. And now, we are informing you, the public, because you need to know, and because, in the end, we answer to you.

Mas madaming nagvote for ANAK tv seal sa abs, bat di nila sinama? Buti pa TV patrol, kumpleto ang balita nila kahit kasama sa balita nila ang apat na personalities ng kapuso.
at least kumpleto!!! Unlike 24 Oras sobrang yabang wla naman.
Kaya tama din na magdemanda ang ABS sa AGB, ksi sobra na pandaraya ng GMA. porke dw mapera na sila…….
Still ako nagsurvey, nakita ko ABS ang mas madami nanonood. lalu pa sa primetime.. Kaya nagugulat ako sa ratings nagyon.
