Arroyo is Most Corrupt President According to Pulse Asia

According to a Pulse Asia Survey from Oct. 21 to 31, 2007, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo is the most corrupt president of all. 42% among 1,200 respondents think Arroyo is most corrupt followed by the late Ferdinand Marcos with 35% and Joseph Estrada with 16%.

In my opinion, if Joseph Estrada is the current president, he could have been voted as most corrupt. If the late Ferdinand Marcos is the current president, he, too, could have been voted as most corrupt. People tend to point the finger to the current president since pointing a finger to a previous one is useless.
