Hady Mirza of Singapore Wins Asian Idol 2007

27 year-old Hady Mirza, the winner of the second season of Singapore Idol, bested the idols from Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and India to win the first ever Asian Idol Sunday night in Jakarta.
It’s interesting to note that Hady’s vocal coach since he was competing in Singapore Idol season 2 is Babes Conde, a Filipina music teacher. You can find the article here.
