Blackwell also released a Fabulous Fashion Independents list that included Australians Nicole Kidman and Cate Blanchett as well as Reese Witherspoon, Jemima Khan, Beyonce, Angelina Jolie, Helen Mirren, Katie Holmes, Kate Middleton and Katherine Heigl.
