Lindsay Lohan posed naked ala Marilyn Monroe in a pictorial for the February 25 issue of New York Magazine. The controversial star of "Freaky Friday" and "Mean Girls" was snapped by Bert Stern, the same photographer who took the famous pictures of Marilyn Monroe in 1962, 6 weeks before the blond bombshell died for drug overdose.

Lindsay Lohan is a good choice for the recreation of one of Monroe’s most famous pictorial because of her similarity with the icon’s alcohol addiction.

But can New York Magazine save Lohan’s devolving career?
