The pilot episode of Dyesebel was able to surpass the pilot episode of Marimar with an impressive 44.9 percent. The pilot episode of Marimar, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera's first tv series, registered 36.6% last August 13, 2007. However, Dyesebel was not able to beat Darna's pilot record of 47.1 percent registered last April 11, 2005. Darna still holds the record of the highest rating for a pilot episode, followed by ABS-CBN's Pangako Sa ‘Yo with 46.5 percent. ABS-CBN's "Maligno" starring Claudine Barretto, Rafael Rosell and Diether Ocampo debuted at no. 10 last night with 17.5 percent. The suspense-series was put on a later timeslot because of some violent scenes. Check out the top 10 daytime and primetime tv program last night:
