In the comparative TV ratings of the two rival networks from May 5 to 8, 2008, the fantaserye "Dyesebel" starring Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes crushed its competition since it premiered last April 28, 2008. It's rival program "Lobo" starring Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual is only receiving half the ratings of Dyesebel on the average. In the battle of game shows, Pilipinas Game KNB? with its new format strengthened its dominion against GMA's Da Big Show. In the primetime block, Gobingo was able to beat Wheel of Fortune last Monday for the first time. But it succumbed to the Kris Aquino game show the next day until Thursday.
