There's a little twist in the 7th nomination night on Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition Plus. Instead of nominating their housemates in the secrecy of Confession Room, they are now required to personally hang the medallions of votes on their nominees. Although they already gave their nomination votes the usual way, Big Brother surprised them of the twist and ordered them not to change their votes in the "face to face" round.

No one gave any nomination point to Nan and Alex.

That means “Prisoner’s Daughter” Rona and “True Blue Atenista” Robi are this week’s nominees.
