America's Got Talent host Jerry Springer and Scary Spice Mel B. will host the coronation night of the 2008 Miss Universe Pageant in Vietnam.

This was announced by the president of the Miss Universe Organization, Paula M. Shugart, via the official Miss Universe website www.missuniverse.com.

Jerry Springer is a lawyer, newscaster, country recording artist, international emcee, author, talk-radio broadcaster and host of the 17 season talk show “The Jerry Springer Show.” He is perhaps best known nowadays for being host of the hit reality competition “America’s Got Talent.”

Mel B., on the other hand, is best known as a member of the hit British girl group, Spice Girls. She is tagged as “Scary Spice” and has released a solo album.

Both Jerry Springer and Mel B. have been a contestant in Dancing with the Stars.

81 of the most beautiful women around the globe are currently in Vietnam to compete for the most prestigious beauty title in the universe. Last year’s winner was Riyo Mori of Japan. The pageant was held in Bangkok that time.
