Disney’s Wall-E Tops US Box Office

Disney Pixar scored it’s ninth consecutive no. 1 movie this weekend as their latest animated feature, Wall-E, joined the ranks of Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Cars, The Incredibles, etc. for topping US box office.
Powered by the praises from various film critics, Wall-E catapulted to no. 1 with $62.5 million in its first 3 days.
Disney Pixar’s record of $70.5 million was set in 2004 by “The Incredibles.” They are now doing the sequel of the said film.

1. Wall-E – $62.5 million
2. Wanted – $51.1 million
3. Get Smart – $20 million
4. Kung Fu Panda – $11.7 million
5. The Incredible Hulk – $9.32 million
6. The Love Guru – $5.4 million
7. Indiana Jones 4 – $5 million

9. Sex and the City – $3.7 million
10. You Don’t Mess With the Zohan – $3.2 million
Both Wall-E and Wanted premiered worldwide last weekend. Wanted started its run in the Philippines last Thursday while Wall-E is about to premiere this weekend.

i watched the camp rock… akala ko maraming scenes ng jonas brothers… hindi pala… hehehe…

camp rock is mostly singing. and i read it in a magazine that there will be camp rock 2. i didnt know that demi lavato was good in singing until i watched camp rock. it was pretty cool. i just wished they made it more interesting if mitchie and shane kissed in the end.
