Miss Mexico Elisa Najera was named "Queen of Vinpearl" as she bested 70 other Miss Universe 2008 contestants in the Swimwear Show held in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

As the winner of “Best in Swimsuit”, the 21-year-old beauty, received a crystal trophy and US$2,000 in cash.

Completing the Top 5 in swimwear are Miss India, Miss USA, Miss Colombia and Miss Spain.
