Pinoy Idol Says Goodbye to Toffer Rei

23-year-old Toffer Rei from Marikina was eliminated on Pinoy Idol Top 8 Results Show.
Toffer Rei sang “Someday” by Jaya on last night’s performance show. He received slightly negative comments from the judges. Ogie Alcasid said Toffer was focusing more on the “rock” sound of his voice rather than singing from the heart.
Ram Chaves and Dary Celis joined him in the bottom three. It was the first time for Ram to be included in the bottom three while it was a familiar zone for Daryl.
Next week, the remaining 7 contestants will sing songs of popular pinoy bands.
