Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera to Star in the Movie ‘One True Love’

They are the leading love team on primetime television nationwide. Now, you will get to see them in the big screen.
“One True Love” is the working title of the upcoming romantic movie topbilled by Marimar and Dyesebel love team, Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera. The movie, which was formerly called “Amnesia”, was supposed to be shown last August but due to some schedule problems with its stars, it was moved to a November 2008 playdate.
Iza Calzado is also starring in “One True Love”. It is a joint venture of GMA Films and Regal Films and to be helmed by Mac Alejandre, the director of Joaquin Bordado. Today is the first day of shooting of the said romantic movie.
There is a possibility that One True Love will clash with the Star Cinema movie “Land Down Under” starring Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin. In earlier reports, Piolo already made a statement that he is hoping their movie will not be pitted against “One True Love.”

nako naman.. pano ba naman hindi idodominate ng abs-cbn ang mga top grossing films e halos every month.. gumagawa sila ng movie… kung iicpin mo nga parang wala ng thrill… unlike gma films.. pag gumawa sila ng movie… siguradong hit!!!

Laos hanggang tv lng sikat dingdong marian kc libre pan02od sa tv tas dndya nila ratings pinapublist ng kapuso rating lang sa manila tas nagiingay exagerated sbhn sikat na sikat number 1 dd marian! Pero sa pelikula hndi pgka2gastosan ng mga tao yan bi2lib ako kng mabreak nila a very special love! Piolo angel mas sikat tagal na c dd and marian sikatsikatan lang.

GMA Films and Regal Entertainment announces that One True Love, starring Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera and Iza Calzado, earned P10 million in gross sales on its first day screening.
OTL successfully staged its premiere night last Tuesday, November 18, at SM Megamall Cinemas 9 and 10. Fans, friends and supporters of the cast came in full force to lend their support to the romantic drama directed by Mac Alejandre. One True Love was shown in cinemas nationwide starting yesterday, November 19.
The film, which marks the big screen debut of the Dingdong-Marian tandem, revolves around the convoluted lives of Migs (Dingdong), Joy (Marian) and Bela (Iza). It comes down to choosing between the present and the past, the childhood sweetheart or the current wife. A neurologist named Migs becomes involved in a motorcycle accident and is stricken with isolated retrograde amnesia. He forgets that he is already married to nurse Joy and instead, he is filled with love for his childhood sweetheart Bela.
U.S. SCREENINGS. According to GMA Films president Annette Gozon-Abrogar, One True Love will be screened in Guam starting November 21 until December 5. It will then be screened in the United States, particularly in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Las Vegas, and Hawaii.

Well marian-dingdong proved na dey are super click not only sa kanilang teleserye on t.v but also sa movie. I’ve watched it already, maybe kaya nasasabi ng mga critique na nagflop yun I guess di nyo inintindi o kaya di nyo lang tlaga pinanood kasi your very much afraid na mas mganda team-up nina marian-dingdong compare kay angel-piolo. You know what mas like ko si Piolo pag si Judy ann kasi sila ang original at si Angel para kay Richard, kasi dun sanay ang mga manonood.For Marian ang Dingdong its nice 2 see on screen new faces and portray new character. Keep it up and we will support you all da way! Basta stay humble and love your supporters.

FIRST movie team-up nina Piolo Pascual at Angel Locsin ang Love Me Again at unang pelikula ito ni Angel sa Star Cinema kaya ang daming curious kung anong resulta nito sa takilya.
Opening day pa lang ay ang dami nang nagtatanong sa amin kung malakas ba ang movie, as if kami ang opisyal na taga-monitor ng box-office grosses sa mga sinehan sa buong kapuluan.
May isang showbiz insider na tumawag sa amin nu’ng ikalawang araw ng showing ng Love Me Again at ibinalita sa amin na ayon sa isang malaking chain of cinemas ay mahina sa takilya ang Piolo-Angel movie.
Kinowt pa sa amin ng nasabing showbiz insider ang first day gross ng pelikula, pero parang hindi kami kumbinsido na ganu’n lang ito kaliit dahil in fairness, nu’ng manood kami nu’ng opening day ng 2:30 PM screening nito sa TriNoma ay marami kami, to think na dalawang sinehan ang Love Me Again sa TriNoma.
Nu’ng pati ang isang miyembro ng cast ng Piolo-Angel movie ay sa amin nagtatanong kung kumusta ang kita ng pelikula ay nag-effort na kaming magtanong sa kinauukulan.
Ayon sa isang reliable source na napagtanungan namin, P5.8M ang opening day gross nationwide (walang padding) ng Love Me Again.
Ang nasabing source din namin ang nagpaalam sa amin na mas mataas pa rito ang P7M opening day gross ng My Only U nina Vhong Navarro at Toni Gonzaga nu’ng Oktubre 2008.
Ang Caregiver ni Sharon Cuneta ay P7.5M daw ang first day gross nu’ng Mayo 2008, habang ang blockbuster movie nina John Lloyd Cruz at Sarah Geronimo na A Very Special Love ay humakot ng P14M sa opening day nito nu’ng Hulyo 30, 2008.
Ang topgrosser ng 2008 MMFF na Ang Tanging Ina N’yong Lahat ni Ai Ai de las Alas ay tumataginting na P21M ang hinamig sa takilya nang magbukas ito sa mga sinehan nu’ng Pasko.
