Clay Aiken Admits He’s Gay

American Idol season 2 runner-up Clay Aiken has finally come out as a gay man.
“Yes, I’m gay,” he tells People Magazine. “I cannot raise a child to lie or to hide things.”
The 29-year-old American Idol alum is on the cover of the latest issue of People Magazine with newborn son Parker.
In May, Clay Aiken hits the headlines after announcing that he had given his sperm by artificial insemination to pal Jaymes Foster, sister of David Foster and Clay’s producer.
He was rumored as gay several times in the past but Clay would deny the accusations and even snapped in an interview with Diane Sawyer on Good Morning America telling her that she was “really rude” to grill him about his sexuality.
