Actor Dennis Trillo said he is hoping that the time will come when he will be the next leading man of actress Judy Ann Santos.

“Sana kung papayag siya walang problema sa akin. Ako, ready ako sa kahit anong pelikula na maisipan ng Regal para magtambalan kami.”

Trillo who is part of Santos’ latest movie “Mag-Ingat Ka Sa…Kulam” believes that Santos is his “lucky charm” in the success of the films they have worked in together.

“Naisip ko yon kasi sa “Aistemasu” ganoon din so baka nga (lucky charm)… sana nga makagawa pa ako at mapasama pa ako sa mga pelikula niya.”

Trillo, who made headlines when he announced his breakup with actress Cristine Reyes said that he is loveless right now, but very busy with his showbiz career.

“Hindi ako masyadong nagtutuon ng pansin sa lovelife ngayon. Kasi katatapos lang at mas focused ako sa trabaho,” he said.

Trillo said that after his separation from Reyes he is not yet dating anyone. But he hopes to find the right girl someday.

“Walang (date)… gusto ko pero ayaw kong maghanap. Darating yon, hintayin na lang natin,” he said.

The actor who is also the former boyfriend of beauty queen Carlene Aguilar said that he doesn’t need to meet Aguilar’s newfound love.

His statement was in reaction to a previous interview with Yo Ocampo, Aguilar’s rumored boyfriend, who said that does not need to meet Trillo, the father of Aguilar’s child.

“Hindi ko din naman siya kailangang makilala, unang una hindi natin siya dapat pag-usapan,” Trillo said.

Trillo said that he is happy that Aguilar is now moving on and is trying to live a new life without him.

“Masaya dahil karapatan niyang maging masaya dapat noon pa siya nag-move on. Masayang masaya ako sobra, closed book na yon panibagong chapter ng buhay niya. Lahat tayo may karapatang maging masaya at maging maligaya sa buhay,” he said.

The actor said that he is not afraid even if his child, Calix will be closer to Ocampo since he knows that he is the real father.

“Hindi (ako natatakot) kasi kahit anong gawin niya hindi siya magiging ama, ako pa din ang tatay at hindi ko din hahayaang mangyari yon at kung may isang taong gustong mapalapit sa anak ko ako iyon,” he stressed.

The actor said that whenever he has free time he visits and bonds with his son.

Trillo said that after his affairs with Reyes and the mother of his child he is now looking for a non-showbiz girl to be his next sweetheart.

He is now gearing up for another dramatic film in which he is the male version of the character in the film “The Other Woman.”

“Ako yung ‘the other man’ tapos may dalawang babae. More or less ganoon, inaayos lang ang casting, wala pa,” he ended.
