The music video of Hilary Duff's latest single "Reach Out" has been censored to make it on television.

Apparently, the 21-year-old Disney star has a number of thumb-sucking scenes on the original video and to be able to make it on television, they cut most of all the said scenes and replaced them with “milder” ones.

“Reach Out” is the carrier single of Hilary’s “Best of” album coming out on November 11, 2008.
