People Asia magazine honored 12 outstanding people for 2008 in their annual “People of the Year” Thursday night, January 15, at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza.
Leading the 2008 list is none other than the country’s youngest diva, Charice, which also became the youngest recipient of the prestigious award.
