Yesterday, we posted the top-rating tv programs, both in daytime and primetime in Mega Manila and the whole Philippines as per single broadcast. Now, AGB Nielsen released their top-rating programs nationwide based on average ratings for the whole year.

ABS-CBN dominated the nationwide audience for 2008 in all the four categories: Weekday Daytime, Weekday Primetime, Weekend Daytime and Weekend Primetime. The TV Programs that received the highest average ratings for the whole year are noontime show Wowowee (which topped both weekday and weekend daytime), Komiks and Mars Ravelo’s Lastikman.

Here are the top weekday and weekend programs covering the year 2008, based on a survey conducted by AGB Nielsen among NUTAM households:
