Metro’s 20 Smoking Hot Men of Summer

Metro Magazine listed down the 20 Smoking Hot Men of Summer.

These are 20 men oozing with brains, brawn and everything in between.

First in the list is GMA’s rising young actor JC de Vera. JC is ranked no. 11 in RP’s Sexiest Men of 2009.
His career almost verged into jeopardy when his manager had a feud with a GMA executive. He’s happy that the problem was resolved in time for his 23rd birthday.

The talented Mr. Rayver Cruz (ranked 29th in RP’s Sexiest Men of 2009) is a rising young star from ABS-CBN. He finally got to show his dancing prowess, singing skills and acting ability in the monster hit movie You Changed My Life. Perhaps a leading role is in the works?

Manuel Chua, Jr., who ranked 12th in RP’s Sexiest Men of 2009, is perhaps the hottest product of the kapamilya reality show Pinoy Fear Factor. Weeks after the show concluded, the young businessman already has a strong fanbase calling him “Super Manuel.” People are clamoring already to cast him in a teleserye and ABS-CBN is definitely listening.

Paolo Avelino (sometimes spelled “Paulo”) is another GMA talent that could potentially become a lead actor someday. Ranked 21st in RP’s Sexiest Men of 2009, the handsome Igorot established a fanbase since his Star Struck stint a couple of years ago. So far, He can only be seen in Startalk and sometimes in SOP. We just have to wait when will the GMA management give this guy a break or perhaps a network transfer is in the works?

JC Tiuseco (spelled by Metro as JC Tioseco) is no doubt the hottest reality show winner lately who is another basketball heartthrob being groomed by GMA-7 after Chris Tiu and Simon Atkins. And his ranking in RP’s Sexiest Men of 2009? Number seven, which means this guy has huge followers already.

Hansen Nichols is the highest new entry in RP’s Sexiest Men of 2009. He is voted 6th in the list of 100. Well we know the reason why – he can sing and he has a nice body – the deadly combination that threatens the throne of Ultimate Heartthrob Piolo Pascual.
