ABS-CBN is making a tv adaptation of one of the longest-running series in Philippine Komiks - Galema, Anak ni Zuma.

Based from the mythical creatures conceptualized by Jim Fernandez, the upcoming kapamilya series will be helmed by fantaserye expert Wenn Deramas (Marina, Kampanerang Kuba, Dyosa).

The main characters are Zuma (the monster snake-man), Galema (the kind-hearted daughter of Zuma), Dino (Zuma’s son that has the body of a man and a head of a snake), Morgan (the husband of Galema), and Philip and Isabel (the adoptive parents of Galema).

Anak ni Zuma was embraced by thousands of Pinoy komiks readers from 1976 to 1984. In 1985, it was made into a movie with Max Laurel as the horrendous Zuma and the young Snooky Serna as his kind-hearted daughter named Galema.

So who should ABS-CBN pick for the role of Zuma and Galema in the tv version? Any ideas?
