Adam Lambert Receives Standing Ovation from Simon Cowell

It should have been Allison Iraheta's night on American Idol but Adam Lambert ended the show with the very first Simon Cowell standing ovation in the show's history.

Adam Lambert, who was born in the year 1982, performed Mad World by Tears for Fears. Bathed in dramatic blue lights, Adam is sitting while rendering the song. The people were mesmerized. The judges lost the time to deliver their critique except for Simon who just gave him the very first standing ovation in the history of American Idol.
