The Ugly Truth is an upcoming romantic comedy movie from Warner Bros. starring Katherine Heigl (Knocked Up, Grey’s Anatomy) and Gerard Butler (300, P.S. I Love You).
Also starring in the Ugly Truth are Cheryl Hines, Bree Turner, Nate Corddry, Eric Winter and Bonnie Somerville.
Gist: The story centers on a romantically challenged morning show producer (Heigl) who is reluctantly embroiled in a series of outrageous tests by her chauvinistic correspondent (Butler) to prove his theories on relationships and help her find love. His clever ploys, however, lead to an unexpected result.
