Panama Wins Best in National Costume in Miss Universe 2009

Miss Panama’s “Diablo de Portobelo” number is this year’s Best in National Costume in Miss Universe 2009.
Diana Broce bested 83 other delegates to win for her country the third Best in National Costume award in Miss Universe.
In 2nd place was the costume of Miss Nicaragua, Indiana Sanchez (left), and in 3rd place was Miss Thailand, Chutima Durongdej (right).
