‘Tayong Dalawa’ Tops Nationwide TV Ratings

Not only Tayong Dalawa topped the Mega Manila TV ratings Thursday night but it was also able to dominate the nationwide primetime race last Wednesday and Thursday night nationwide.

I don’t usually watch teleseryes. But because my whole household watches the kapamilya seryes the likes of Tayong Dalawa, Dahil may Isang Ikaw and May Pukas Pa . I have noticed that most of ABS’s presentations makes use of storylines that are very timely and sensible for the typical filipino family to relate hence viewers can appreciate.
I wish to air opinions from my side and also of my household. The kapuso’s primetime fantaseryes, are a bit too overused and perhaps treated in a very unrealistic style that viewers can’t emphatise with. Also, some of the kapuso stars in the series are miscast and just too irritating to see in the tube because of their tarnished image- like Katrina Halili. Everytime she gets in a frame, surely a negative remark props up from the audience and is indeed a pity. this girl should be frozen for a while as viewers are reminded of her pathetic and scandalous past. It’s only marian and Iza calzado who can demand a bigger viewership in this side of the network. Rhian Ramos for one, CANNOT ACT! why is she there in the lead? Just because Artist Center’s big boss is the sister of Rhian’s mom, the best break should be given to her? Tell me if I am wrong, but of all the series this girl lead did not even had its glory in the ratings? Sana, Ms Henares give deserving talents better breaks rather than using her powers to propel a talent who is of her blood relation but is undeserving. Also, it’s about time networks utilizes storylines that are relevant and condusive to the present times. Fantaseryes and remakes are kindda tussing to the the vierwer’s taste. Florinda and Stairway to Heaven are too ambitious and poor adaptation to it original make.
Sayang, Gma used to lord the ratings ngayon panis na si Richard G., si Heart, si katrina, at si jolina. A reinvention to these talents should be considered. let Rhian ramos &Ruffa mae attend in- depth trainings in acting!

sana nga wag na lang gawan ng book2 ang TD. Para sakin ang labanan na ngayon sa tv ay kwalidad na ng mga palabas. Tayong mga pilipino kasi marami na pamimilian panoorin mga series.2 station abs at gma ilan series na pinapalabas sa hapon at gabi? Nakisali pa satin mga mexican novelas at asianovelas. Masyado na tayo masuri. Lahat tinitingnan natin. Dapat maganda story. Dapat magaling umarte mga artista.kulang na nga lang tayo na maging director at writer. Pero isa lang masasabi ko magagaling talaga umarte mga artista dyan satin sa pinas. Nakakapanood ako movies at series dito sa italy.di po masyado kagandahan. Mas tinatangkilik pa nga nila gawa sa US.
Request ko lang po s abs sana magkaron po ulit teleserye si sarah geronimo. Sana si john lloyd na ka partner nya. Kung hindi naman sana si rico blanco kahit pang mmk lang o your song. Napanood ko kasi sa asap noon silang 2.bagay din sila. Rico blanco itry m n din mag-act.di ba? Para bago naman.

mas marami pa rin ang ayaw manood ng suspense o horror bago matulog. Si ms. Maricel soriano ay napakagaling na aktres. Di lang maganda at tama napunta sa kanya soap.the best pa rin abs sa lahat ng aspeto.

Angel Locsin donates half a million pesos to Ondoy typhoon victims

UPDATE: Angel Locsin does not want people to know that she donated a very huge amount. However, this was publicized by other media as well, so my apologies.
Young superstar Angel Locsin donated half a million pesos to the victims of typhoon Ondoy, which has caused so much casualty recently.
On top of the donation Angel gave to the victims, she also initiated a drive to collect more donations. Angel will be roving the streets of the metro to personally get donations from those who have previously pledged.
Truly, this is such an angelic act for the angel personified. I have previously likened her to Angelina Jolie. I hope actors and actresses of Angel’s generation should follow her lead and make their star power more useful. Truly, the original TV DARNA is saving other people’s lives.
I wonder where the other stars are?

i love this show but the appearance of rosanna roces and enchong in the ending( sorry to say this) was disgusting and repulsive. i couldnt take the idea of the book 2. people love tayong dalawa as it is. its more than enough that you had given us a remarkable and historical soap opera. i hope abs wont pursue the book 2 for the idea itself was unbearable. imagine Kim’s character had already died.and surely the book 2 will just ruin the story. and the greatest love story ever told was of Jr and Audrey’s love..

The huge amount of money Kris generated for 1 day alone proves that people believes more in ABS than GMA. ABS sagip kapamilya generated more than 60M in cash and in kind compared to GMA which has genrated only 14M only. See the difference! GMA your nothing but a trying hard copycat!

I have not seen a teleserye as perfectly made and directed as Tayong Dalawa! You could not help but keep up with the story. Very realistic that’s why people can relate to the characters! Lola Gets, we will miss u! Superb performances by Ramon, Malena, Ingrid and most of all…Lola Gets! This story shall forever be a part of my system! Im waiting for a book 2 but please make sure you retain the powerhouse cast and dont dare convert it to a fictional theme just to retain Kim Chiu! The story line can now be focused on their son’s life! Keep up the excellent job, Kapamilya!
