Millions agree that Robert Pattinson should be the Sexiest Man Alive, at least for 2009, but People Magazine picked Johnny Depp instead.
Even non-Twilight fans agree that People’s pick of the year was a shocker. And it’s the second time for the Pirates of the Caribbean star to clinch that title.
People Magazine has this to say about Johnny Depp:
At 46, the father of two still reigns as Hollywood’s most irresistible iconoclast; as one-of-a-kind as his beloved 15-year-old boots and as smoldering as his favorite Cuban cigars.
Many thought that the New Moon star was a shoo-in for the title that even popular Hollywood websites like Just Jared and Hollywood Gossip posted the “supposed-to-be” People’s cover with Rob on the cover:
Apparently, it was a fan art that turned out to be a hoax.

i’ll pick jacob black (taylor lautner) than robert pattinson…jacob is cuter than edward..its just that robert has nicer role than taylor in twilight..thats why there are a lot of fans craving for him than taylor..but still i go for taylor….my jacob black!
