28-year-old advertising executive from Russia is Mrs. World 2009.
Mrs. Russia Victoria Radochinskaya bested 76 beautiful moms accross the globe to be crowned Mrs. World 2009 which was held last November 22, 2009 in Vietnam. She became the second russian to win the pageant after Sofia Arzhakovskaya was crowned in 2006.
