6. SPAIN, Hector Soria
22-year-old Hector is perhaps the most photogenic among the bunch but his physique is not that impressive as there are more than 10 contestants who are more buff than him.
7. INDONESIA, Holly Feriston
Indonesia has a good track record in Mister International and Holly Feriston could keep that momentum.
8. BOLIVIA, Joan Bruno Kettels Torrico
Mr. Bolivia is among the early favorites to win the title though i’m not sure by now if he was able to maintain the expectations. Nevertheless, he is a strong delegate and could penetrate the finals as well.
9. GREECE, Nikos Douramanis
Nikos is the tallest among the contestants and this alone can get him the attention that he needs. His charming but somehow mischievous look is working for him.
10. PHILIPPINES, Michael Manansala
His shaved head and charismatic personality stands out. If the judges are not looking for the “body-builder” types, then Michael has the chance to become the Philippines’ second Mr. International after Alexander Aquino brought home the bacon in 2001.
STRONG ALTERNATES: Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Ireland, Angola, India, Malta, Pakistan, Poland, Singapore and Thailand.
CAN PULL A SURPRISE: Lebanon, Taiwan (hometown delegate), Colombia, Slovenia and France.
LONG SHOT: China, Korea and New Zealand.
