The Plot Thickens in ‘First Time’

The characters of Barbie Forteza, Jhake Vargas and Joshua Dionisio continue to deal with extraordinary teenage issues in First Time.

Issues and conflicts abound in St. Claire Academy, the fictional high school in GMA-7’s youth-oriented show First Time. Students, teachers, and even parents have their own share of dilemmas that call for the expertise of newly-hired guidance counselor Barbarella Buncalan Jackson (played by Eugene Domingo).

During the school’s retreat, Cyndi (Barbie Forteza) will learn the importance of letting go. She finally decides to keep her distance from Lukas who has been avoiding her since the accident. On the other hand, she will reconcile with best friend Baste after their falling out, realizing how much of a good friend Baste is to her.

Meanwhile, in the faculty room, rumormonger Berna (Roxanne Barcelo) has been spreading nasty gossip about Val (Michelle Madrigal), which ignites a catfight between the two teachers. Ms. Dimaculangan (Alicia Mayer) steps into the picture, but who’s side will she take?

Barbarella confronts one of the male students about his sexual preference while Cyndi comes face to face with someone who will finally let her in on her real identity, which ultimately saddens Hilda (Ana Capri). Who’s finally coming out of the closet? And who could be Cyndi’s mysterious visitor?

These and more await viewers this week on First Time, after Family Feud on GMA Telebabad.
