"You to Me are Everything" opens today in cinemas nationwide!

GMA Films and Regal Entertainment latest collaboration YOU TO ME ARE EVERYTHING promises to bring romance and laughter to the whole family as it opens in theaters on May 5.

The country’s hottest love team Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, brings to life two people from different worlds serendipitously brought together to begin a journey of loving and funny memories for the rest of their lives.

“The chemistry of Marian and Dingdong in this movie is simply amazing! The movie will captivate the viewers from beginning to end. It’s a movie where everyone will definitely laugh out loud while feeling all giddy inside. This will certainly be a romantic comedy movie classic!” shares GMA Films President Annette Gozon- Abrogar.

GMA Films Project Director Joey R. Abacan shares “Amidst the different distressing news that the world is facing nowadays, watching Dong and Yan in this romantic-comedy relaxed me. Ang ganda ng chemistry at ang gaan ng pelikula. Ito yung tipo ng movie na masarap ulit-ulitin, you’ll laugh and fall in love. Walang pretensions na nagpapaka-high falluting. Just fall in love with their world and feel good and light after watching it. That’s why I enjoyed every minute in producing this movie. Sana maraming makaramdam nito.”

Director Mark A. Reyes quips “In all the previews of the movie, people have been pleasantly surprised on the kind of romantic-comedy the film turned out to be. It’s not the typically Filipino type that viewers are used to seeing. And the humour is unexpected and characters are multi-dimensional. It will make you fall in love while laughing.”

In the movie, the lovely Marian stars as Iska, a cheerful and unassuming Igorot whose life suddenly changed when her estranged father dies and leaves her with a multi-million fortune. Being raised in the province, Iska is clueless of how she would live her life in the city – until she meets Raphael (Dingdong Dantes).

Stripped of his riches after his congressman father was convicted for corruption, Raphael is hired to become Iska’s personal adviser. As part of his job, Raphael also tutors Iska on how to act and talk properly in public. They spend a lot of time with each other and eventually, they fall in love.
