Anne Curtis Shares Her High School Stories with Chalk Magazine June Issue

Undeniably one of the prettiest faces on Philippine TV, Showtime host and ASAP XV mainstay Anne Curtis graces the cover of Chalk Magazine's June issue.

In the cover story titled “The Hottie Next Door,” Anne opens up with Chalk Magazine and shared her thoughts about how life, love career and school!

Who would have thought that Anne was just like any other youngster who underwent the awkward stage! Anne admits that she was once a young girl with some insecurities, one of which were her lips.

“When I’d get hay fever, my eyes would get itchy and my whole face would be swollen, especially my lips. I was really conscious about them, like, why are they so big? But now I love them,” says Anne.

The 25-year-old “It Girl,” also confesses to Chalk Magazine that if only her schedule would permit, she would love to enroll in an online multimedia course at an Australian university or at UP Open University. But she also knows that college is a major commitment, which she cannot do—yet.

And as for lesson about love, Anne gives out a meaningful thought: “Love can change you in a good way, but the only painful thing is you don’t always get a happy ending. You don’t always get what you expect, but you still learn so much.”

Aside from Anne, Chalk Magazine treats its readers back-to-school season special features like a sneak peek into the star players this NCAA season; 10 Awesome Freshmen College to Watch; Freshman Survival Guide, back-to-school shopping guide; and tips to become the hot chick in school.
