It's been a long time since an afternoon soap opera topped the daytime race nationwide. Now, "Impostor" made it to the top beating erstwhile leaders Showtime and Wowowee on the nationwide tv ratings of Taylor Nelson Sofres.

Precious Hearts Romances Presents “Impostor” topbills Maja Salvador, Sam Milby and the sensational “Melason” love team of Melai Cantiveros and Jason Francisco.

Impostor is originally running 3rd to Showtime and Wowowee until last Thursday, it captured the top spot in the daytime race by garnering 19.9 percent. It was able to maintain the lead last Friday by getting 19.7 percent.

And it’s official. “Impostor” is the new leader in the daytime race nationwide as it was able maintain its leadership yesterday, June 7, beating Showtime and Wowowee.
