Newest PBB Teen Big Winner to be Proclaimed Tonight

The much-awaited finale of “Pinoy Big Brother Teen Clash of 2010” is happening tonight (June 26) at the “Unite at the Big Night” at the Ynares Sports Center in Antipolo, Rizal.

The whole country witnessed many firsts this season such as the first time in PBB history to have teen housemates from other countries and the first time that six housemates will enter the Big Night. Who among the Teen Big Six namely Devon, Fretzie, Ivan, Bret, James, and Ryan will be crowned Teen Big Winner?

Cebuana Devon is the only housemate who lives a simple life outside the PBB house. Although gave extra effort to keep up with her housemates who are used to a comfortable life, she still showed courage in expressing her opinions and feelings to them.

“Charming” is the term of endearment for Fretzie, the other Cebuana teen housemate, who is known for her beauty. Her cute relationship with Bret garnered her many fans but her hardworking ways inside the house also made her standout.

Ivan is the only male Filipino in the Teen Big Six. At first he knew little Tagalog and was very quiet but now he is more open about his thoughts and even expresses himself in Filipino.

Teen-ternational Bret from the United States showed his talent in singing and guitar-playing in PBB. He also made a lot of people feel mushy with his special relationship with Fretzie. But he gained many supporters for the leadership he displayed in the different tasks and how he defended his peers when the situation called for it.

Another headturner is James from Australia. James almost got evicted due to his health condition but he tried his best to get better to stay in the game. He was also not afraid to show his love for his father.

Ryan of Korea, meanwhile, is the source of comic relief inside the house. However, he also had his share of drama when he opened up about his life, particularly the painful break-up of his parents.

The six housemates are not the only ones feeling the pressure of the incoming end of the season. Even the show’s hosts are also becoming emotional as the Big Night approaches.

“Nakaka-senti talaga pag malapit nang matapos ang season,” shared Über host Mariel Rodriguez. She said the most memorable experience for her this season was when she entered the house for the scouting task of Ivan. “Nakaka-miss din yung papasok ka sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya for any reason. Nakakatuwa si Ivan, namumula buong mukha niya pag binibiro ko siya,” she said.

PBB Updates host Bianca Gonzalez, on her part, said she will miss House C. “Di ba may dalawang bahay si Kuya? Yung House C yung third house. Kami yun, mga host, staff at crew ng PBB. Mami-miss ko yung bonding naming,” she said.

Primetime host Toni Gonzaga is also feeling mixed emotions. “Every pagtatapos naman ng season nakakalungkot, pero at the same time nakaka excite kasi alam mo na you are preparing for the next season… I’m wishing the best sa [Teen] Big Winner ng Season na to,” she shared.

Watch out for the performances this Saturday (June 26) after “MMK,” from Pilipinas Got Talent winner Jovit Baldivino and his co-finalists Keith Cark and Velasco Brothers with teen sensation Sam Concepcion and teen ex-housemates. PBB Double Up Big Winner and Prinsesa ng Masa Melissa Cantiveros will also be there to welcome the newest Teen Big Winner.

Don’t miss the reunion of your favorite housemates from different PBB seasons at “High Five: The Big Five Years of PBB” this Sunday (June 27) after “Sharon” on ABS-CBN.
