Precious Hearts Romances Presents Martha Cecilia’s Kristine – Teaser Trailer
“Kristine” is topbilled by Cristine Reyes and Zanjoe Marudo. Zanjoe will play the role of Jaime Reyes while Cristine will play Jewel Fortalejo. Also starring in this episode are Midnight Phantom‘s Denise Laurel and Rafaell Rosell.
The upcoming PHR episode on ABS-CBN will be based on the popular “Kristine” series by Marthe Cecilia. It has 51 books in the series so the “Kristine” tv adaptation will be longer than the usual PHR episodes in the past.
Directing the “Kristine” series is Rory Quintos (Dubai, Anak, Land Down Under). It is said the “Kristine” will hit primetime tv on August 13 replacing Angelica Panganiban‘s “Rubi”.

i really love the book esp. endlessly 1,2 and 3(jewel centered)… I love the characters, they are perfect especially BERNARD F., and JEWEL F> .. very vivid imagination of ms MC..the setting is perfect… THE TV series though gave rise to a diffrent KRISTINE, they made it concised, thus missing the romance, emotions of the characters. However, i should commend the actors, they’re very good. Rafael Russel is definitely in!
haii nko, kung ako sa inyo huwag nlng kyo manood kund magagalit rin lng nman pla kayo and besides meron nman pla kayung mga books niyan.. di basahin nyu nlng at wag na kayong magalit.. kung si martha cecilia nga pumayag na i revise at i palabas sa tv ung kristine kayu pa kaya na taga basa lang.. diba?

Korek!nakakainis, Its not worth wwatching sobrang iniba yun story sa TV. Sobrang garbo ng description ng mga character,tapos yun gumanap di karapat dapat.Specially yun kay Bernard, I love Bernard kaya lang di ko rin gusto kung panung iportray ni Zanjoe. Dapat di pumayag c Martha Cecilia.

Im a big fan of Martha Cecilia.. In fact I have the (53 copies)the complete set of Kristine Series but I am so dissapointed with the ABS show.. it is so diffrent from the book. I have loved the Fortalejo’s and the Navarro’s.. as well as Jewel.. I just dont like how they change the story.. It’s really frustrating..

nilagyan nga nila ng twist ..hindi naman nila nabigyan ng justice ung novel..kung ako sayo agi basahin m o ang series ng malaman mo kung bakit ganito ang reaction ng ibang mga viewers and readers of that series..and im sure u’ll say we are right.
i havent read the book yet.but i guess the tv series is good..wag nmn ntn ijudge ung plbs..maybe nlgyn lng nla ng ibng twist pra maiba nmn..diba diba?^^

Only the characters of Marco & Alfon gave justice to the person they were in the book.. other than them.. wla na.. nagkagulo na..
As well as, Emerald in the book is the mestiza one.. while Jewel is morena.. parang baliktad ata sa characters nila Denise & Kristine R.

i agree to lyn and rhina ginawa nilang nakakalito ang story..kristine series was indeed a masterpiece ,but they made it a nonsense ,kung hindi rin lang pala nila mapapantayan ang kagandahan ng novel sana hindi na lang nila pinalabas..coz for me its a big DUHHH…. sayang ang description in martha cecilia…gustong gusto niyo kasing pahabain ang palabas kaya tuloy pumapangit nah..

The book, Kristine series are great! But the tv series they made are nonsense! Bat kailangang gamitin pa ang book at author if hindi naman based dun sa book ang palabas? Pathetic!
sa totoo lang hindi ko nakugustuhan ang kristine ng abs-cbn kasi kung ako si martha cecilia hindi ang papayag na mailaunch yun kasi sayang ang description niyan dun..at tska isa pa parang nalalabuan ako sa story siguro kung hindi ko talaga siya binabasa baka lalo akong nalito sa story niya ..i love kristine series kaya naiinis ako kasi hindi ganun ang expected ko..masgusto ko pang mag-basa kahit nabibitaw ako ng pera i know that every peso is worth it..
