‘The Vampire Diaries’ Season 2 Photos and Trailer Released

CW has released the official poster, cast photos and trailer for the upcoming season 2 of the hit tv series “The Vampire Diaries.”
Just like in True Blood and The Twilight Saga, The Vampire Diaries has a love triangle between its three main characters. As you can see on the poster, they are Nina Dobrev as Elena Gilbert, Paul Wesley as Stefan Salvatore and Ian Somerhalder as Damon Salvatore.
If True Blood has shape shifters and the Twilight Saga has werewolves, the Vampire Diaries has witches! But all of them have pawns, or in lay man’s term – humans.
The Vampire Diaries 2nd season premieres on September 9, 2010.
