Lee Min Ho is Back on ABS-CBN with New Koreanovela ‘Perfect Match’

The Boys Over Flowers heartthrob is making a comeback via a new koreanovela!
Korean heartthrob and asianovela superstar Lee Min Ho, known for his role as Jun Pyo in Boys Over Flowers, is making a comeback via a new tv series entitled “Perfect Match.”
Originally aired in Korea with the title “Personal Preference”, the rom-com will pair Lee Min Ho with Korea’s Queen of Drama Son Ye Jin.
In the said series, Lee Min Ho will play the role of a straight guy who pretends to be gay in order to become the roommate of his love interest.
Perfect Match airs on ABS-CBN this November.

FIRST CRACK:
Word is out on Bohol Avenue that after a week, major major changes shall be made in the ABS-CBN newscast (as expected)!
Although people may deny this but, the move may be the Star Network’s reaction to Willie Revillame’s show—which is fast closing in on TV Patrol’s ratings—and the logical progression when Maria Ressa left the newsroom.
The news and current affairs bosses have talked to Julius Babao and Karen Davila that certain reformats will be made in TV Patrol and that certain personalities will be put in their place. Although they haven’t been directly assured, the evening slots of Bandila have been reserved for them.
So who are likely to go back to primetime news?
Since the old guards are back, it won’t be hard to understand the return of broadcasters-on-extended leaves Noli de Castro and Korina Sanchez to be back to work (along with fellow old guard Ted Failon, whom we heard is also not too happy with his position in the network, too).
How will this impact on Julius’ and Karen’s careers? Oh well, they must have felt earlier on that they will be the sacrificial lambs in this whole circus. After all, ratings result is god in the television industry. But don’t you think they deserve better?

i have watched this already, di ako masyadong nagandahan sa story. di rin cla bagay ng girl parang matanda na ang girl for him..ang gwapo pa naman niya dito di masyadong exciting ang story nito.

I’ve already watched this drama. Idol ko kasi ung girl (sya ung bida sa The Classic at A moment to remember). Although magpapanggap sya na gay dito, hindi naman ung malanding gay. Dito nio malalaman anu talaga pinagkaiba ng mga bading sa Pilipinas at bading sa ibang bansa. Isang gay sya dito na kunyari may gusto lang sa lalaki pero he won’t act like a girl, duh. I’m in love with this drama because of son ye jin…..
anyways, eto original names ng characters:

Gae In-Julianne
Chang Ryul- Charlie
At least magkatunog pa rin hahahah
mas gusto ko korean novelas kesa mga pinoy teleserye, promise.
Pinagkaiba ng korean series at pinoy series:
1. Mababaw lang ang story ng mga korean melodrama, mostly nakafocus lang sa dalawang character whereas pinoy teleseryes are overconstructed, masyado maraming characters di na alam ng tao kung sino susubaybayan. Plus may kasama pang malalalim na isyung panlipunan.
2. Fast paced ang takbo ng story ng mga korean series kasi maiigsi lang ang mga ‘to. Mostly 16-20 episodes lang. Pinoy teleserye walang definite storyline. Mag’uumpisa lang tapos pag nag hit, pahahabain, pag hindi, puputulin. Most teleserye na naghit sa pilipinas inaabot ng taon taon bago matapos.
3. In korea, paiba-iba ng cast. Paiba-iba ng love teams. In the Philippines pare-parehas lang. Dingdong-marian, kim and gerald.Magkaibang teleserye, same cast.
4. Sa Pilipinas, kelangan may inaapi lagi (mostly bida). In korea, mayaman-mahirap is not an issue anymore.
Philippine telenovelas are more like mexican novelas. kaya malayo ang quality pag kinompare sa korean or japanese series. No doubt, Kdrama and Jdrama are being shown all over asia and even in europe. While Philippine dramas are shown in African countries…….
kung sa ptimetime ito, maganda! ilagay sa timeslot ng KRISTINE~ papatayin pa lalu nito yung flop na BEAUTY QUEEN!
